Update

This is Hayden's charming face... adorable, right?

Well, we went to see the surgeon yesterday and Hayden is going to have surgery on May 25. They will have to put him under completely so the stomach muscles are relaxed. Ugh. But, he said the anesthesiologist stays with infants the whole time to monitor them. So that makes me feel a little bit better. The surgeon said by day two, he won't even know anything has happened. Loren and I are both taking the day off to be there. Mom may go too. Does this little guy have any idea how much he is loved? Everyone will be on pins and needles and this is a "simple" surgery.

He was very fussy last night and he has been gnawing on his hands non-stop. If you look in his mouth, you can see little white specks on his gums. I think he is working on some teeth. It's maybe a little early, but I have talked to plenty of people who said their kids had a tooth by 4 months. And, it could takes months for it to come in.

Well, back to work.
