We found a nice area rug at Gabriel's. Only $29.99! That was about 3 weeks ago, but I am just now getting around to getting the photos. The quilt hanging on the bed is the one I made for him. Yep, I made a quilt! He better like it, it took months.
We have been working hard on Hayden's room. Getting it ready for him. Yea, I know we got tons of time yet, but I have no idea how I'll be feeling in month or two and want it done now. We painted it before we knew he would be a boy.
My dad built this bookcase for me when I went away to college. I repainted it and found the dragonflies at Ace Hardware. They go on just like wallpaper. I love the way it turned out.

Well, he has a place to sleep when he arrives. We are careful to let the dogs in while we are there so they don't feel shut out. Advice from the baby books. The cats have to stay out however, they want to sleep in his bed and I am not havin' it!
I can't wait to go see the doctor on Friday. The week before always feels like such a long one. Well, this one especially since the truck broke down and we are waiting to hear about that too. I just like to go and hear them say things like a good strong heartbeat and he's perfect so far. That stuff is like gold these days.

I love the Crib- Nothing like P.'s other than it is a crib... Haydens crib has more character. Glad you started a blog. It is so much fun to go back and see all the changes once the baby is born. Plus you can print the pages out for scrap-booking
