Well, Hayden is doing a lot of things these days. I can't wait for anybody to see him to see how much he has learned. Just the end of last week, he started saying "da... da....da....". Ok, so maybe it really isn't Dada, but it sure sounds like it. And it's so much fun to say, Loren, Hayden needs you! No, Loren, he wants YOU to do it, he's asking for you!
He has also started sorta playing pattycake by himself. He claps his hands. Its adorable. All that practice Grandma has been doing is paying off.
He is real close to crawling but not quite there. He gets up on his hands and knees but then ends up on his belly. He can still amazingly get turned all different directions in his crib.
He's still sleeping great. Goes down about 8 and sleeps all the way through until we get up around 5:30. Over the weekend, he made it to 6:30 and 7 am! We felt like we got to sleep in!
Aunt Barbara and Doug came to see him this weekend. Everybody loves to see him, he make so many people smile. We went to Cheddars, ummm. Then to the new bookstore. The bookstore is nice, I just feel so intimidated in those huge book stores, like where do I even start? I did pick up a new novel and it's good. We'll see if I have time to read it now that the long weekend is over.

Those pictures are adorable! I love Cassidy in the background. You can just barely see her. It is almost like, "Hey, I know he's cute but I am still here too!"
