Finally, A New Post

I've been swamped. I've accepted a new job, I start July 16 with Carelink, a health insurance company. They have opened up a marketing position here in Wheeling, and I was fortunate enough to be offered the job. It will be extremely hard to leave a job I have been at for 11 years, but just add it to the already crazy, insane year we have had.

We went to Columbus last weekend and visited some of Loren's good buddies. Hayden went and stayed with Grandpa Larry and Grandma Susan, they really enjoyed their time. It was a LONG two days for me, but I made it through.


Alivia is the daughter of John and Angela, two of Loren's oldest friends. Adorable, right? I think she's a little over 1 year old.

Then this weekend, I went and got Hayden a pool to go with his new swimsuit. I couldn't get photos of him in the pool, as I had to hold onto him. Maybe this weekend we can get photos of him actually in the pool. He loved it. I put his rubber ducky in there and he chased it around, totally content. We lasted about 15 minutes, before I got worried about sunburn. I had used sunscreen on him, he just seems so pale. Plus, he is heavy to keep holding up! He is weighing in around 17 lbs these days!
