2 Teeth at once? Whose idea was that?

For the last two nights, our good sleeper who sleeps 10 hours a night has been up every two hours, we are so tired, hangin on by a thread. Its just like we are back in the days of nursing. Ugh. Turns out, if you look in his mouth, BOTH of his bottom front teeth are coming in at the same time. Well, no wonder he isn't sleeping! I have had toothaches that kept me up all night, jeez! The poor little guy. The teeth are right at the same elevation, and you know that has to be painful. The babysitter said he has had some runny diapers as well, which confirms, he is officially teething. When parents say they wish they could take the pain for their kids, now I know exactly what they mean. My stomach hurts when he cries like that. I am sure, we will live through this, just like everyone else, but it's still a new experience for us.
