Week 28

Today is officially week 28. We went to the doctor this morning. I had to get the test for gestational diabetes. You drink the sugar drink and then go to your appointment with the doctor, then go back to the lab to give blood. Hayden really liked that sugar drink. They would find his heart beat, and then he would move and then they'd find it again and then he would move again. It took about 5 tries before they got him to sit still long enough to tell his heart beat was 148 today. They said its a very good sign that he moves around so much. I hope it means he's going to make this quick. I don't want to be one of those ladies in labor for 28 hours, that's for sure.

I start going back every 2 weeks now. Guess we are getting down to the wire. Next time, they are doing the last ultrasound. This one is 4-D and we'll get to see his face! How cool is that? I am going to take a disc, she had told me one time they could put it on a disc. Then maybe I can post it here... we will see!

We are heading out to Columbus tonight. It is Loren's niece's birthday and she has a big soccer game tomorrow, so we are going in to see them.
