On the way home we stopped at Kroger for weekly groceries, and you'll never believe what they had at Kroger. A giraffe that matches the nursery! I couldn't resist, I bought it. Loren named it Jerry. Now, we must keep Jake from chewing it before Hayden arrives.

Then you can see that the pseudo-shopping trip totally wore me out, and Cash took advantage of the warm spot to sleep.

So then, at the request of a few, here it is... Hayden so far....

I have gained 23 pounds as of this morning. I feel like I am stretching and stretching. I itch a lot. For the most part, I can't complain, it hasn't been that bad. My body is going through many changes (mental note: stay out of department store dressing rooms, that can be painful) and each day is a new experience but it's all wonderful as well. I know the end result will be well worth it. He moves constantly. He woke me at 5:30 both days this weekend. So on Sunday, that was really 4:30 am, thanks to the time change. Did someone miss telling him how much his mom loves to sleep? Apparently so. My mom says it's payback, she said I was the most active of her kids.
We go back to the doctor one week from Friday, then we start going every 2 weeks. Getting down to the wire! Loren and I start birthing classes a week from tomorrow.
